1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x444.asia ("x444", "we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the x444 website and its sub-domains.

By creating an account on x444 or by using any feature of the Platform including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, or cashier, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of x444 and close your account.

x444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of a revised version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date of the current version is stated in the page header above.

2. Eligibility

To register and use x444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an account:

• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of another person.

• You have not previously had an x444 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player may hold only one active x444 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: x444 is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request by x444 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

x444 may conduct enhanced due diligence checks on accounts displaying unusual transaction patterns or patterns consistent with money laundering, bonus abuse, or fraud. Such checks may result in temporary holds on withdrawals pending review.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

x444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks), debit card, Skrill, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are credited to your x444 account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. x444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the relevant funds can be withdrawn.
• x444 reserves the right to apply reasonable processing timelines of up to 5 business days for bank transfer withdrawals.
• x444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

x444 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which x444 bears no responsibility.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on x444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sportsbook market, casino game, or slot title. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface.

x444 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all applicable game outcomes and sources live casino content exclusively from internationally regulated providers. All game outcomes are final once settled by the provider's system. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game round.

x444 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in cases of technical errors, provider-side faults, or where the integrity of an event is in question. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's x444 account balance.

• Collusion with other players in any game where such collusion confers an unfair advantage.
• Use of the Platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt the normal operation of x444 or its underlying technical infrastructure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use x444 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any content from x444 without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or network failures outside x444's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Players who do not accept revised Terms should cease using x444 and may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any balance at the time of closure (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
